You need an attorney of Record to work with Wake County Government

Retaliation, Intimidation, Extortion, these are the acts promoted by Human Resources and the Wake County Commissioners?

How? The right to remain silent is if you are engaged in a criminal enterprise. The duty to thwart criminal activities by providing oversight is the essentials of the Core Values tooted around by Wake County.

Just recently, a non-discrimination ordinance is being touted by the county commissioners, but, yet and still employees are subjected to harassment, intimidation, and acts that go against the core values they present to the media and citizens.

As of this date, ramped up has been the extortion, intimidation, and unlawful acts coming from the Housing Department of Wake County Government; but the commissioners and HR remain silent.

Just recently, workers need to secure a lawyers just to stop the endless acts against government employees on the line staff level perpetrated by upper administrative staff. Hence, the message is, if you work for Wake County, you have to secure an attorney, or have an attorney of record just to stop discrimination. Others are resigning and going MIA.


Today is the Hearing Date of Orlando J. McClain. Wrongfully terminated for enforcing COVID protocol. Wrongfully terminated as his position was slated for another person. In the midst of all this, video evidence to exonerate him disappeared. Premeditation was involved by ensuring a dismissal action would take place more than one month later, to ensure evidence was lost.

The statute of limitations is one year. For that minimum period, all evidence should be secured, properly stored, and available for any hearings or proceedings. But, evidence is GONE. NC General statutes has a higher threshold to meet with reference to preserving all records, that was not adhered to in any fashion. Witnesses, employee witnesses, intimidated and harassed by an endless barrage of meetings and warnings of “performance issues” and “meddling in HR matter”, but wrongfully articulated and ignored is the essence of the grievance process. This is Wake County Government, where illegal acts run rampant and discrimination is customary and routinely practiced.
