Canidce Brown executed a Hostile Act, the termination of Orlando J. McClain, because and while he was enforcing COVID policy. The commissioners and county managers remain silent, and Lorena, Frank, Angela, David, did fail to stop this.

Candice Brown terminated Orlando J. McClain to make available his employment position for her friends, consistent with Obtaining property under false Pretenses; additionally, the county commissioners and manager do benefit from the state retirement money that would be taken from Orlando McClain. Hence, silence by the commissioner and/or failure to act results in aiding Candice in the execution of that act(s). Candice Brown initiated hostile actions against Theresa Smith similar to the actions against Orlando J. McClain to force Theresa to surrender her employment on the threat of loss of retirement from a false/wrongful termination [Any person who threatens or communicates a threat or threats to another with the intention thereby wrongfully to obtain anything of value or any acquittance, advantage, or immunity is guilty of extortion and such person shall be punished as a Class F felon.]. That includes the acts of Frank Lawrence and Candice Brown in denying an ADA request that could/would result in an early retirement. The commissioners and county managers remain silent.

The County Commissioners and Manager are willfully violating general statutes with reference to having sexual predators in feet around young children and families [At any place where minors frequently congregate, including, but not limited to, libraries, arcades, amusement parks, recreation parks, and swimming pools, when minors are present.].

Criminal Negligence is when you have a duty to act, fail to act, and that results in a crime(s); here, several crimes are cited, and one of the worse is having and operating a center/shelter wherein illegal activity like drugs sales, assaults, threats, and housing of predators occurs against criminal law, etc. The commissioners and county managers remain silent, and Lorena, Frank, Angela, David, did fail to stop this.
